Hello! My name is Lee, and I welcome you to Tiny Pillars Dayhome, where children are nurtured in a safe, loving, and developmentally appropriate environment. My program is guided by Montessori principles that support independence, respect, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning through play, hands-on activities, and child-led exploration.
I support each child to grow at their own pace by providing individualized care in a calm home setting. I believe in positive guidance, consistent routines, and strong partnerships with families.
I’m a certified Level 3 Early Childhood Educator with a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education. With my strong foundation in education and more than 15 years’ experience working with children here and overseas, I ensure to provide quality care and meaningful learning experiences to support each child’s physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development.
